Streets in orange can be busy but usually have parking available after 4pm.

Streets in green have more parking options throughout the day.

Please note: Our new clinic is very limited in waiting space. We will always try to accommodate everyone’s needs but we ask that you keep this in mind when attending an appointment with extra people or large items. Bikes and extra-large strollers will need to be kept outside – at this point there is no covered area.

New Clinic FAQ

Where can I park?

There are two parking spots on site for small to mid-sized vehicles.  However we do ask that if you are not in absolute need of a parking spot immediately outside, please find available street parking.  This will allow anyone who does require close access (wheelchair or other mobility aid users, people with chronic mobility issues or acute injuries) to utilize these spots.  Since Dr. Galloway does prefer that you walk a half block or so after your adjustment whenever possible, this should work just fine.

Our area on Mills Road is unfortunately quite busy until about four o’clock in the afternoon.  You will find  ample parking in the immediate area within 100-300 metres (less than a 5 minute walk) – on Resthaven Avenue, Mills Street near the library (please don’t use the library parking lot), just around the corner on Pleasant Avenue, or one block over on Bradford Avenue.   We do understand that this may not be convenient for everyone, but it is what we have to work with and we thank you in advance for understanding.

What if I or someone I’m bringing uses a wheelchair?

We have a limited amount of parking on site that we will try to keep available for those who have limited mobility.  If you need this parking spot, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to have it available.   At times, this may not be possible due to the number of back-to-back requests.  If this occurs, another appointment time may need to be scheduled if it is imperative you have this spot.

How do I get to the clinic? Do I come to the front door of the house?

The clinic is in a separate building behind the house.  Just follow the sidewalk in front of the house and around the corner – you will go through the gate and keep following the sidewalk which leads you to the clinic.  There are signs to guide you.  Don’t worry – it is a very small property, you won’t get lost!  We ask that you don’t come to the house – these are private entrances only.  If you find the gate locked upon your arrival, it may be that you are just a few minutes early and we aren’t quite open.

Can I bring my dog? Cat? Monkey or chicken?

Thank you for understanding that only service animals are allowed in the clinic and on the property.  Unfortunately there is no place to accommodate furry friends while they wait.

Can I just pop in to book an appointment or with queries?

No, this clinic is By Appointment Only.  We are not set up to have unscheduled walk-in clientele.  All bookings, queries, etc. need to be done by phone or email.

Can my kids play outside by themselves while I get my treatment?

For a variety of reasons (safety, insurance, privacy) we ask that your children remain with you or another adult while you are at the clinic.

Please note:

Our new clinic is very limited in waiting space.  We will always try to accommodate everyone’s needs but we ask that you keep this in mind when attending an appointment with extra people or large items.  Bikes and extra-large strollers will need to be kept outside – at this point there is no covered area.
